Your account number is the last 6 digits of your VIN. Your VIN number can be found on your copy of warranty issued by dealer.

Any repair shop in the continental United States that can furnish a written estimate to Auto Protec.
- What is not covered by my service contract?
See your specific service contract for what may or may not be covered.
- How much is my deductible?
$100 per occurrence unless otherwise indicated on contract.
- How does Auto Protec pay the repair shop for work completed?
Once the signed repair invoice is received by Auto Protec, the repair shop will be paid by credit card.
- What is covered on my service contract?

- How long has Auto Protec Warranty been in business?
We have been in business since March 2004.
- Can I buy a warranty directly from Auto Protec?
Auto Protec does not sell its warranties to the general public. Our service contracts are only available through the dealers that market our warranties.
- When does my warranty go into effect?
The service contract is effective when it has been received and payment is processed by Auto Protec.
