You will need to take your vehicle to a repair facility, (if disabled vehicle will need to be towed in) and have them fax a written estimate to Auto Protec for approval before any diagnostic or repair work is performed. Please note we will not give verbal authorization over the phone for any work to be done, no exceptions. Authorizations are usually issued within 24 hours once we receive the original repair estimate.

Roadside assistance is available to warranty customers free of charge on most contracts.  Please note that this service is a completely separate function from the warranty company. Auto Protec cannot authorize any services that are provided on behalf of customer through our vendor, Nation Safe Drivers. In order for your claim to be processed you will need to remain with your vehicle until the attendant arrives at your location to assist you.
